The Way to Success Starts with a DREAM

" Everyone wants joy in their life, to live their Donya, to fulfill their needs and desires, ultimately there is that sense of a need for completion, to be fulfilled, satisfied and completed…You can either recognize it now, or recognize it when you’re 60 or 70, this world does not hold, even if you had everything in it, it does not offer that complete satisfaction"

"The world cannot provide the completion that humans need, but people have come to focus on the actions and words of prayer and Islam, while losing sight of their spiritual core. Love, in Islam and of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is what ultimately allows for a balance between the spiritual and the material..."

Many times in our lives we may get hurt, angered, and offended by the people that we love. How we handle these situations makes a huge difference on our relationships. The Prophet Mohammad (peace and salat upon him) has given us the BEST relationship advice: Make over 70 excuses for your brothers and sisters. If we learn to make excuses for others then not only do we feel at peace, but we also salvage our relationships. How many of us do that? Usually we are quick to judge and react. Next time someone you love or not hurts you or offends you try making excuses for them and see how easily you can overcome life's obstacles.

I have learned

I’ve learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them;
I’ve learned that no matter how much I care, some people just don’t care back;
I’ve learned that it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.
I’ve learned that you can get by on charm, for about fifteen minutes. After that, you’d better know something;
I’ve learned that either you control your attitude or it controls you.
I’ve learned that no matter how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades and there had better be something else to take it’s place.
I’ve learned that sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you’re downhill are the ones to help you get back up.
I’ve learned that sometimes when I’m angry I have the right to be angry.
I’ve learned that true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance. Same goes for true love.
I’ve learned that just because someone doesn’t love you the way you want them to doesn’t mean that they don’t love you with all they have.
I’ve learned that maturity had more to do with what types of experiences you’ve had and what you’ve learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.
I’ve learned that your family won’t always be there for you.
I’ve learned that no matter how good a friend is, they’re going to hurt you every once in a while.
I’ve learned that it isn’t always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to forgive yourself.
I’ve learned that no matter how bad your heart is broken, the world doesn’t stop for your grief.
I’ve learned that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.
I’ve learned that just because two people argue, it doesn’t mean they don’t love each other. And just because they don’t argue, it doesn’t mean they do.
I’ve learned that we don’t have to change friends if we understand that friends change.
I’ve learned that two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.
I’ve learned that no matter how you try to protect your children, they will eventually get hurt and you will get hurt in the process.
I’ve learned that your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don’t even know you.
I’ve learned that it’s hard to determine where to draw the line between being nice and not hurting people’s feelings and standing up for what you believe.

The length of your foot is the same as the length of your forearm.:D

You know what they say about big feet? Big...forearms.

Go head and measure! From heel to toe should be the same as from elbow to wrist. The study of these ratios in body sizing is called anthropometry. This science has been extremely useful over the years in such areas as clothing design, forensics, and studies of human migration patterns over time.

Shoe size is also a pretty good indicator of height. However, foot length correlates with height more with men. For women, it's easier to estimate height based on foot width.

Double-Faced People [hypocrite]

It is kinda hard for me to grasp the notion of being extra sweet and accepting what happens around me with ease. In this materialistic  world, people surprise me with their actions. It has nothing to do with respect or manners as opposed to doing the right thing. I don’t like someone, I ain’t gonna waste my energy or wave away my principles to wear a fake smile on my face just to appear sweet and be good in their eyes = I SIMPLY DON’T CARE & I DON’T WANNA GO WITH THE FLOW
I always keep silent when I face like those people in my life, , Don't know If it's true but I think Ignorance is the Best psychological treatment for such sick people who get me on the Nerve !
Finally,I wonder sometimes from the action of those people ,, Hey Double-faced people ,, !! Fair is Fair And Enough is enough ,, know your Borders ,, and stop Disturb people Lives !! I'll let things goes naturally as it is without the existence of those sick people ,, Good day World ^_^

Ramadan 2010

Muslim men and women across the world are currently observing Ramadan, a month long celebration of self-purification and restraint. During Ramadan, the Muslim community fast, abstaining from food, drink, smoking and sex between sunrise and sunset. Muslims break their fast after sunset with an evening meal called Iftar, where a date is the first thing eaten followed by a traditional meal. During this time, Muslims are also encouraged to read the entire Quran, to give freely to those in need, and strengthen their ties to God through prayer. The goal of the fast is to teach humility, patience and sacrifice, and to ask forgiveness, practice self-restraint, and pray for guidance in the future. This year, Ramadan will continue until Thursday, September 9th.

A day is longer than a year on Venus.

It takes 225 Earth days or 7 1/5 months for Venus to make a complete orbit around the sun (that's 1 Venus year). However, it takes 243 Earth days for Venus to spin around its own axis (1 Venus day).

Therefore: 1 Venus year=225 Earth days and 1 Venus day=243 Earth days

It is possible to cry tears of blood.

In 1984, a 15 year old girl in India was found crying blood while studying for exams.

Though it is often infused with supernatural or religious meanings, crying tears of blood is physically possible! This is a condition known as haemolacria, in which tears can either be partially or almost completely composed of blood.

It may appear as a symptom of several types of ailments including jaundice, vascular tumors, and severe cases of anemia. However, it is most often a result of injury or some kind of infection within the tear duct.

Black History Month - My Birh month BTW :P

Black History Month is a remembrance of important people and events in the history of the African diaspora. Since 1976, it is celebrated annually in the United States of America and Canada in February and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the month of October. In the U.S., Black History Month is also referred to as African-American History Month.

 History

The remembrance has its roots in 1926 by United States historian Carter G. Woodson as "Negro History Week". Woodson chose the second week of February because it marked the birthdays of two Americans who greatly influenced the lives and social condition of African Americans: former President Abraham Lincoln and abolitionist and former slave Frederick Douglass. Woodson also founded the Association for the Study of Negro Life and History, now the Association for the Study of African American Life and History.

Purpose
When the tradition of Black History Month began, many in mainstream academia had barely begun to explore the history of black people. At that point, most representation of people of African descendant in history books only referenced the low social position they held as slaves, with infrequent exceptions such as that of George Washington Carver. W.E.B. DuBois' 1935 work Black Reconstruction was an early work in history that pointed to black contributions.

Controversy

Black History Month sparks an annual debate about the continued usefulness of a month dedicated to the history of one race. Some critics contend that Black History Month undermines the contention that African American history is simply American history. Critical op-ed pieces have appeared in the Cincinnati Enquirer and USA Today. In October 2009, black British online magazine Catch a Vibe asked its readers if Black History Month was still relevant.
